Swedish Massage
Long, flowing strokes that melt tension, calm the mind and restore an easy rhythm to the whole body.
Designed to melt away daily stress, ease mild muscle tension, and promote overall body wellness, it uses light-to-medium pressure with smooth, rhythmic movements to leave you feeling completely recharged.
Swedish massage is perfect for anyone new to massage therapy, individuals seeking deep stress relief, or anyone dealing with general everyday muscle stiffness. If you want a soothing experience rather than intense, deep-tissue pressure, this treatment is your ideal match.
The Five Core Techniques
Swedish massage relies on five distinct strokes, each having a unique anatomical effect:
Effleurage (Gliding Strokes):
Long, sweeping strokes directed toward the heart. Gently warms the exterior, soothing the (mind/spirit) and encouraging the initial movement of surface vital energy and fluid distribution.
Petrissage (Kneading):
Squeezing, rolling, and lifting muscle tissue. Works directly on the sinew channels to break up local Qi and Blood stagnation trapped deep within muscular knots.
Friction (Deep Circular Pressure):
Rubbing tissue across muscle fibers to generate heat. Expels cold and local dampness by introducing therapeutic heat (Re) directly into tight tendons and joints.
Tapotement (Rhythmic Percussion):
Rapid, light tapping or cupping hands against the skin. Invigorates sluggish Qi, wakes up the nervous system, and stimulates defensive vital energy.
Vibration (Shaking/Trembling):
Rapid shaking of muscle groups or limbs. Unbinds stagnant energy in the channels and releases deep-seated tension in the joints.
In every session, quantum numerology codes, frequencies and mudras are used so the sessions are fully exclusive and intentioned to your highest purpose, wellbeing and improvement.
